Althought yoga is often thought to be less intense than high impact cardio exercise, it is actually a toug, exercise. So it´s very important to take it slow to begin with, maybe you can borrow or buy a yoga book or DVD that´s been made for beginners and start by getting to know what yoga is and practise the moves at home.
As there are numerous styles of yoga it is also of importance to find the right style for you. Some styles are more about stretching, others about strenght and some more about fitness. When going to a class it´s also important to choose the right level. Choosing a class that is too advanced will probably just frustrate you.
But overall yoga is a wonderful form of exercise and perfect when combined with a healthy eating plan like Value Slim.
