Yog a is

a firm fitness favourite amongst many stars and celebrities. Numerous Hollywood yummy-mummies say they owe their post-baby bodies to yoga.

But it´s not only the stars that are going crazy for yoga.

And what´s not to enjoy when it comes to yoga, a great fitness method but also a wonderful form of relaxation.

But to really enjoy and get the most out of yoga, you should remember some things. Otherwise you can get injured or just lose interest because it feels too frustrating. Althought yoga is often thought to be less intense than high impact cardio exercise, it is actually a toug, exercise. So it´s very important to take it slow to begin with, maybe you can borrow or buy a yoga book or DVD that´s been made for beginners and start by getting to know what yoga is and practise the moves at home.

As there are numerous styles of yoga it is also of importance to find the right style for you. Some styles are more about stretching, others about strenght and some more about fitness. When going to a class it´s also important to choose the right level. Choosing a class that is too advanced will probably just frustrate you.

But overall yoga is a wonderful form of exercise and perfect when combined with a healthy eating plan like Value Slim.

A healthy diet is perhaps the most important aspect of slimming down and staying healthy but exercise also plays an important part in it. But what are the best ways of keeping the pounds of and what should you remember when exercising? Here are some good tips to value slim.

First of all consistency is the key! To get the most benefits out of exercise it is important to be consistent with it and keep at it. If you are expecting to see miracle results in just a few days or weeks, you will be dissapointed. The way to achieve real and long-lasting results is

to be consistent and keep up with your routine.

Setting unrealistic isn´t good, they can actually make you give up when you can´t reach them . Instead it´s best to set achievable goals and take it step by step.  You can set yourself higher goals when you have reached your earlier goals.

It is also good to mix it up. An effective exerc ise routine

is easy to compile from strenght training, interval training and cardio.

One session does not necessarily have to include all of these, but you can do interval training on one day and cardio the next etc.  For the best results you should exercise at least three times a week.
